We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can also handle HR responsibilities for our remote team. The role will be 1/3 HR/recruitment and 2/3 Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PowerPoint presentations and will assist in both executive and HR functions.
Executive Assistant (2/3 of the role) tasks:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Email Management: Sort, filter, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Document Preparation: Create and edit documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
