Position: HR Generalist – Employee Relations

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Human Resources Generalist, with a primary focus on employee relations and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work full-time and on-site.
  • Demonstrates good moral character and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies, including computer literacy, and additional skills as applicable.
