Job Summary:
Manage local and offshore recruiting and maintain human resources records. Will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting employees on HR-related concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process of local and offshore recruitment
- Maintain applications, résumés, and applicant logs
- Verify candidate's background by contacting references
- Manage recruitment dashboard
- Send monthly recruitment report
