Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage local and offshore recruiting and maintain human resources records. Will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting employees on HR-related concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process of local and offshore recruitment
  • Maintain applications, résumés, and applicant logs
  • Verify candidate's background by contacting references
  • Manage recruitment dashboard
  • Send monthly recruitment report

  • Manage benchmarking and salary analysis ensuring it is up to date based on current trends in medical-related BPOs and other positions in the industry
