HR Specialist Job Locations US-CO-Denver Job ID 2026-2274 of Openings 1 Category Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This dual role combines responsibilities in human resources management and office administration to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and an aptitude for managing day-to-day office operations. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Recruiting and onboarding of all new hires Process weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees through the HRIS system, Paycor Assist with employment related inquiries from employees Maintains DOT logs and files for drivers through a third party Reporting of workers compensation claims with follow up as needed Maintain all employee files, I-9's, driver files Fleet tagging, licensing, registrations etc. Employee tech equipment set up & distribution Keep track, maintain & order office inventory items.
