Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
