The HR Specialist is responsible for support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw HR data into strategic insights, improving HR initiatives, and aligning people strategies with overall business objectives, requiring a strong analytical mindset and data proficiency.

Strategic HR & Compliances
Work along with relevant stakeholders (HR leaders, Managers/General Managers, Board of Directors) to analyze business goals to forecast employee needs and align Liebherr Group and HR policies with overall strategy.Establish and maintain company policies and procedures and ensure its compliances with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Work along with HR team members and Managers and/or General Manager to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
