Job Description

The HR Specialist is responsible for support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw HR data into strategic insights, improving HR initiatives, and aligning people strategies with overall business objectives, requiring a strong analytical mindset and data proficiency.

Your responsibilities

Strategic HR & Compliances

  • Work along with relevant stakeholders (HR leaders, Managers/General Managers, Board of Directors) to analyze business goals to forecast employee needs and align Liebherr Group and HR policies with overall strategy.

  • Establish and maintain company policies and procedures and ensure its compliances with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Work along with HR team members and Managers and/or General Manager to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
