Job Description
This position requires to work independently to be responsible for all HR operation with employee life cycle management not limited to:
Collaborate with global centers and payroll vendors to process expatriate & Local employee payroll.Work with payroll vendors to manage monthly payroll and bonus for local employees, including payroll/ bonus verification, year-end tax adjustments, resident tax updates, attendance management.Collect and provide necessary data for payroll/ Bonus processing (., attendance, leave, benefits) to vendors.Handle social and labor insurance procedures for changes, enrolling, terminating, annual updates.
(actual processing is done by vendors; main responsibility is communication with employees, data collection and submission to vendors).Manage benefits-related tasks (., mutual aid fund admins, DC enrollment/termination/annual updates, group/injury insurance enrollment/termination and annual contract renew, cooperate credit card admin)HSE tasks such as company doctor visit, health check result, Stress check, creating HSE related reportsPerform general administrative tasks and HR-related duties including prepare & submit statutory reports, and onboarding offboarding procedures.Other HR team administrative tasks (., filing, data entry, document preparation, phone handling, invoice processing, mail handling, ad-hoc reports, Certification issuing, Visa support).Excellent career progression opportunities, with the resources to support your development and the freedom to satisfy your curiosity and desire to learn.Lifestyle benefits: Hybrid working, 24 days annual leave, sick leaves, compassionate leavesWellbeing benefits: Group life insurance, health insurance, welfare insurance, unemployment insurance, accident insurance, prepayment retirement allowance.

Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversittyMinimum 3 to 5 years of HR operation experience with employee life cycle management preferably in multinational companies’ size 300+ in Japan, including payroll, social insurance, and benefits management.Understand and act according to Group/ Local policies & guidelines as well as relevant local statutory or regulatory requirementsStrong knowledge in tax law, labor law, and HSE law.Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, understanding, Tolerance for Ambiguity, Critical thinkingExperience in HR projects such as Time attendance system implementation, HRIS, payroll vendor replacement is plusProficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, .Business English is required.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong communication skills with flexibility and resilience are an advantageHave experience to work with colleagues outside JapanSecurity and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
