The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic onboarding team supporting the DACH region. In this role, you will be part of a well-structured and collaborative environment, responsible for administering, coordinating, and continuously enhancing hiring and onboarding processes.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintain employee data in various HR Systems and prepare employment documentation.

• Provide reliable HR support to our community: talent partners, managers, employees, and candidates.

• Follow, prepare and review process documentation.

• Execute global and local HR controls on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
