Overview

This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in payroll checking, government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), DOLE compliance, and employee relations . You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll, on-time remittances, clean due-process documentation, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll checking and validation (time records, OT, ND, allowances)
  • Government benefits reconciliation and remittance monitoring
  • Handling employee relations cases and DOLE-related matters
  • Drafting NTEs, decision notices, and maintaining admin case logs
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining 201 files, HR trackers, and monthly HR reports
  • Reviewing DingTalk tickets for accuracy and compliance
