Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified HR Specialist This position will be located in Aznalcazar, Sevilla. 

POSITION SUMMARY

The HRBP Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all practices, processes, and documentation in the HR department comply with current labor legislation and the organization's internal policies.

This role is primarily operational, including the implementation of HR policies, monitoring their application, and actively supporting labor audits.

ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:

Position reports to the HR Manager Spain.

JOB SETTING:

Office and nursery settings in Aznalcázar (Seville) Spain. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work. Some international travel may be required.
