Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers, candidates, and external consultants to ensure timely and quality hiring.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Manage offer issuance, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports accurately
  • Liaise with placement agencies and external consultants for manpower requirements
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and proper documentation
  • Support immediate hiring needs and closure of open positions
