WHAT WE'RE AFTER
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist for our main office in Oulu, Finland. In this solo HR role, you will be in charge of daily HR operations. This is a fixed-term family leave substitution, lasting approximately 12–18 months, and the position can be shaped based on your previous experience and preferences.

What you would be doing:
- Putting HR strategy into practice.
- Being responsible for the employee life cycle starting from recruitment and ending in good quality offboarding.
- Supporting our supervisors in their job as people leaders.
- Developing our HR services and processes.
- Developing our leadership culture by planning and organizing leadership workshops together with our outsourced partner.
