Job Description

You will be the primary HR interface with the Taiwan leadership team, responsible for driving the transactional and operational People agenda by proactively developing and bringing to life the Human Resources strategy and plan. The role will report to HR Director, East Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the full HR functions in Taiwan office with risk management and budget control
  • Ensuring that HR operations, including proper documentation and the management of HRIS system is managed efficiently and effectively
  • Implementing HR strategy and accompanying plans that support the business agenda
  • Driving, challenging and enabling the leadership team to establish a people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of the business goals for the Taiwan office, in partnership with the HR Director, East Asia BU
