Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR point of contact for supervisors and employees, addressing general HR queries, policy clarifications, and payroll questions in a professional and timely manner. Ensure timely closure of employee inquiries using HR Contact Center procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge resources. Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by delivering consistent, accurate, and empathetic HR support. Document all employee interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the HR case management system. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services such as Benefit vendors. Support payroll activities by submitting monthly attendance, overtime, leave inputs, and other workforce data accurately and on time.
