Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compute timekeeping reports.
  • Issues and enrolls BIO ID numbers of new employees. Encodes new hires in the payroll system accurately.
  • Process and review timekeeping records of employees and carefully check attendance, tardiness, leave, overtime premium, and other payroll transactions.
  • Orients newly hired employees about the compensation and benefits practices in the company.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
  • Prepares updated Masterlist of employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of employees
  • Responsible for the onboarding process
  • Conduct and document exit interviews
  • Summarize monthly reports—tardiness and absences of employees.
  • Safekeeping of records (employment contracts and 201 files)
  • Assign for the distribution of employees company uniforms.
