Responsibilities
- Prepare and compute timekeeping reports.
- Issues and enrolls BIO ID numbers of new employees. Encodes new hires in the payroll system accurately.
- Process and review timekeeping records of employees and carefully check attendance, tardiness, leave, overtime premium, and other payroll transactions.
- Orients newly hired employees about the compensation and benefits practices in the company.
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Prepares updated Masterlist of employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations of employees
- Responsible for the onboarding process
- Conduct and document exit interviews
- Summarize monthly reports—tardiness and absences of employees.
- Safekeeping of records (employment contracts and 201 files)
- Assign for the distribution of employees company uniforms.
