HR Payroll Officer

Work Setup: Onsite

The Payroll Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, compliance with government regulations, and proper maintenance of employee records. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit government reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and other related remittances.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
