We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, while maintaining accurate employee records. Job Responsibilities: Employee Relations

  • Assist in handling employee grievances, complaints, and conflict resolution.
  • Support HR in organizing engagement activities and communication programs.
  • Issue and close Attendance related case.
  • Maintain records of employee relations cases and follow-up actions.
  • Manage the full offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final documentation (quitclaim, and last pay release).
