Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Manage recruitment processes, assist in employee training, and support HR planning activities.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
