Job Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment activities.
- Pre-screen applicant resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters or clients.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, databases, and recruitment reports.
- Process pre-employment requirements and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Handle walk-in applicants and participate in job fairs, caravans, and other recruitment events.
- Coordinate with deployment, payroll, and operations teams for smooth onboarding of hires.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials such as job postings, flyers, and announcements.
