Responsibilities

  1. Identifies and tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.
  2. Manages employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements.
  3. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to manage risk and regulatory compliance. (must have knowledge how to issue NTE & NOD)
  4. Ensures all personnel records are maintained as per requirements.
  5. Ensures fulfillment of Dole Inspection compliance

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience in HR
