We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and employee relations while ensuring smooth office workflow and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing HR documents, orientations, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Asist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and employee attendance tracking.
  • Help organize HR programs, events, and training sessions.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations.
