Job Description

The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering core and strategic HR services to client organizations. The role requires hands-on execution of HR audits, policy development, employee engagement programs, recruitment support, and learning and development initiatives, aligned with company service packages. The ideal candidate is both compliance-savvy and people-oriented, capable of advising clients while executing with precision.

  • Conduct HR compliance audits using DOLE standards (DO 183-17)
  • Prepare audit reports and compliance action plans
  • Assist in client documentation: contracts, 201 files, government forms (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Draft and customize employee handbooks, internal policies, and HR forms
  • Support in policy roll-out and employee orientation for clients
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA)
