Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Assistant/Officer to handle end-to-end recruitment and employee Lifecycle processes. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting Interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and Off boarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review résumés and screen candidates to match job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
