Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team in Mexico, responsible for supporting the HRBP in functional areas of human resources including employee relations, performance management, change management and employee engagement.
• This role will assist in the development and implementation of human resources priorities and goals for the site in alignment with broader organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resources and have at least three years of experience working in an HR capacity.
