4.0 Tasks and deliverables:

The qualified Firm will fulfill its responsibilities by identifying, engaging and attracting suitable Canadian candidates nationwide with a focus on senior executives at the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors levels from both the public and private sectors. Outreach efforts should engage individuals with relevant expertise such as:

• real estate development
• infrastructure
• housing
• accounting
• legal
• financial
• governance experience, including prior Board service

In alignment with the Government of Canada’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), particular attention should be given to reaching candidates from equity-seeking groups, including Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and members of 2SLGBTQ+ communities.
