The Job Details:

·Own, advise, and guide leadership staff on the application of attendance guidelines, drug testing policies and procedures and other company policies and provide training on the payroll system and other human resources topics.

·Recommend HR best practices based off the location’s policies, procedures, and practices in addition to internal and external market information.

·Advise and participate in employment-related decisions including but not limited to hiring, promoting, and or terminations.

·Manage and oversee the various leaves to ensure compliance with USCS, local, state, and federal laws.
