Overall Job Purpose

Overall responsible in planning and implementing company’s employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling Employee Relations team.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking and meeting timelines on deliverables.
  • Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
  • Profound knowledge of the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
  • Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage, but not required
