Overall Job Purpose
Overall responsible in planning and implementing company’s employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling Employee Relations team.
- Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking and meeting timelines on deliverables.
- Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
- Profound knowledge of the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
- Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage, but not required
