HR Supervisor

We're Hiring: HR Supervisor (On-site Guatemala City – Zona 16, Cayalá)

We are a U.S.-based company dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Supervisor to join our team in Guatemala.



What We're Looking For:

We seek an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for professional growth. While not mandatory, knowledge of California or U.S. employment laws is highly preferred.



Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and supervise the HR team in daily operations

+ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes

+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and support alignment with U.S. HR practices

+ Partner with leadership to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement

+ Manage documentation, reporting, and HR administrative processes

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the human resources function







Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

+ Experience in HR leadership or supervisory roles

+ Strong understanding of HR best practices

+ Knowledge of U.S. or California labor laws (ideal, not required)

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and a growth-oriented mindset

+ High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
