Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, employee records)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file to supervisory positions
- Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports (manpower, attendance, attrition)
- Support training, performance management, and HR process improvement
- Guide and monitor HR staff performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- At least 3–5 years HR experience , with supervisory exposure
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- Strong communication and leadership skills
