Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, employee records)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file to supervisory positions
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company policies
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Prepare HR reports (manpower, attendance, attrition)
  • Support training, performance management, and HR process improvement
  • Guide and monitor HR staff performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 3–5 years HR experience , with supervisory exposure
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
