Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for a company engaged in garment services, tailoring, or retail operations . The role will supervise core HR functions including recruitment, timekeeping, discipline, and employee engagement, while ensuring alignment with labor regulations and internal standards.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting retail or service-based businesses , strong interpersonal skills, and a solid grasp of local HR practices.
