Job Description
A. BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for recruitment and placement of employees, coordination of training and employee’s benefits and other personnel matters.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the hiring activities on manpower requirement including posting of job ads, upon instruction from the President/CEO.
- Conducts initial screening resumes.
- Maintains all official and confidential personnel files/documents /records, memos, etc. (e.g. 201 file, working status, assignments, transfers, promotions, leaves, disciplinary actions, attendance, staff rates, payroll, and other related documents and records).
- Provides necessary and proper assistance to employees on all matters relating to personnel (e.g. individual leaves, SSS benefits, Phil-health benefits, employment certifications / authorization, Company I.D., hospitalization and medical benefits, etc.).
