Job Description

A. BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for recruitment and placement of employees, coordination of training and employee’s benefits and other personnel matters.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handles the hiring activities on manpower requirement including posting of job ads, upon instruction from the President/CEO.
  2. Conducts initial screening resumes.
  3. Maintains all official and confidential personnel files/documents /records, memos, etc. (e.g. 201 file, working status, assignments, transfers, promotions, leaves, disciplinary actions, attendance, staff rates, payroll, and other related documents and records).
  4. Provides necessary and proper assistance to employees on all matters relating to personnel (e.g. individual leaves, SSS benefits, Phil-health benefits, employment certifications / authorization, Company I.D., hospitalization and medical benefits, etc.).
