Responsibilities
- Supervise HR staff and oversee the day-to-day HR operations.

- Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and coaching.
- Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
