We are looking for an HR Supervisor who can confidently lead HR operations, ensure discipline and compliance, and support employees in a people-focused yet firm manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and ensure timely, consistent issuance of NTEs and disciplinary memos
• Enforce company policies fairly and firmly across all branches
• Supervise HR staff handling recruitment and payroll; ensure compliance with onboarding and training schedules
