Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance with company policies. Ensures smooth HR processes and supports management in implementing HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise HR operations team and ensure timely execution of HR tasks.
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
Coordinate payroll data with the finance department.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports and support audits.
Handle employee queries and promote a positive work environment.

Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration.
