Job Description
1. The job of Human Resources Supervisor was established for the purpose/s of acting as a lead person in the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to other HR staff and district employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues files and databases of personal actions, evaluations and issues.
2. Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events for the purpose of meeting the needs of the department.
3. Serves as a liaison to committees and/or organizations on behalf of the Human Resources Director for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required for district operation.
4. Supports the Human Resource Director and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
