Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP) including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) across all HR systems.
  • Perform routine audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Integration & Automation

  • Develop and manage integrations between HR systems (e.g., HRIS ↔ ATS ↔ payroll) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Automate HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, benefits enrollment) via scripting (Python, PowerShell) or low-code platforms (e.g., Lark, Zapier).

Technical Support & Optimization

  • Resolve Tier 2/3 issues related to HR systems, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
