Join our team as an HR Systems Administrator! In this role, you’ll maintain HR systems and configure rules, workflows and integrations that enable efficient and scalable HR operations. You’ll lead system upgrades and testing cycles, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
You’ll monitor and manage system security, permissions and user access; document system configurations, processes and training materials to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness; and resolve HR tickets. Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and support system enhancements. The ideal candidate will be based in our Home Office in Calgary.
What You’ll Do
