Job Description

The HR Systems & Analytics Senior Specialist plays a key role in managing, optimizing, and developing HR systems and people analytics, supporting data-driven decision making and the overall effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Acts as the main point of contact for HR systems-related topics, supporting HR stakeholders and end users
  • Leads system enhancements, configurations, testing, and upgrades in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
  • Develops, maintains, and automates HR reports and dashboards, providing meaningful insights to HR leadership and management
