Job Description
The HR Systems & Analytics Senior Specialist plays a key role in managing, optimizing, and developing HR systems and people analytics, supporting data-driven decision making and the overall effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Manages and maintains HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance Acts as the main point of contact for HR systems-related topics, supporting HR stakeholders and end users Leads system enhancements, configurations, testing, and upgrades in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors Develops, maintains, and automates HR reports and dashboards, providing meaningful insights to HR leadership and management Analyzes HR data related to headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and other key people metrics Supports the design and implementation of HR analytics frameworks and KPIs aligned with business objec...
