Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Integration Lead to manage end-to-end integration of HR systems and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business logic understanding, and experience in managing large-scale HR technology implementations in a manufacturing or similar industry.


Key Responsibilities:


• Define and maintain HR integration architecture and standards.

• Lead integration development using SAP BTP, SuccessFactors APIs, ServiceNow, and Azure services.

• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance across all HR systems.

• Manage integration delivery, testing, and cutover for HR modules and related systems.

• Enable AI and automation by exposing curated HR datasets to analytics platforms.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Monitor integration reliability and implement observability and incident management.

• Develop and enforce integration testing strategies, including unit, system, and UAT phases.

• Implement monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking of HR integrations.

• Drive vendor management activities, including SLA adherence and performance reviews.

• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure data privacy and security standards are met.

• Collaborate with AI/analytics teams to enable predictive insights and automation in HR processes.

• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical HR systems.

• Provide training and documentation for HR and IT teams on integration workflows and best practices.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration performance and reduce operational costs.


Essential Attributes:


Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent).

• Mandatory: One of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP Integration, ServiceNow HRSD/HRSM, or Azure Integration certifications.

• Preferred: ITIL v4, PMP/Prince2.


Technical Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors: OData/REST, MDF, Intelligent Services Events.

• Integration Platforms: SAP BTP (Cloud Integration, API Mgmt), Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Event Grid), Kafka.

• Workforce/Time: Kronos/UKG data structures and APIs; shift compliance & reporting.

• HRSM: ServiceNow HRSD/HRSM, case/knowledge flows and integrations.

• Data: ETL pipelines, data modeling, privacy & security controls, observability.

• Automation/AI Exposure: Integrating to SAP Joule / AI agents / analytics lakes.


Experience:

• 8–12+ years in HR tech/integrations; 3+ years leading enterprise-scale integration programs.

• Proven delivery across multi-site manufacturing environments with high employee volumes (50k+).


Qualifications:

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

• Exposure to Kronos or SAP SuccessFactors application.

• Understanding of AI-based chatbots and virtual assistants for HR service delivery.

• Experience in supporting middleware like WebMethods, Boomi, MuleSoft.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Knowledge of integrating AI-driven solutions with enterprise HR systems and cloud platforms.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for HR workflows, including integration and automation.

• Proficiency in AI technologies and platforms like Moveworks/ServiceNow, with a focus on middleware, attendance system and HRSM automation.


Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale HR technology implementations in manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of workforce management tools and integration with payroll systems.

• Familiarity with AI-driven HR analytics and automation platforms.

• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
