Scope and Purpose
To support the Regional Head of Human Resources MEA in planning and administering policies related to all aspects of Human Resources Management.
To provide support in all disciplines of HR function that include employee relations performance reviews benefits separations and recruitment.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
- Leave Management
- Point of contact of employees on leave concerns
- Prepares HR letters on employee request
- Group Medical & Life Insurances
- Verification of inception & quarterly invoices
- In-charge of requests for addition of new employees and family members into the scheme and deletion at the time of termination of contracts
- Requests for Insurance certificates
- Support with the claims escalations
- Point of contact of employees on insurance coverage to general queries.
- Proper maintenance of HR & Personnel Files.
