The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports full cycle hiring operations with a strong focus on candidate pre-screening, onboarding, pre-employment processes, and employee record management. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive transition from candidate to employee. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in onboarding, background checks, and HR operations, along with a strong understanding of recruiting workflows. This position can think outside the box, create efficiencies, is passionate about the employee experience in a fast-growing environment and supports the team on various project initiatives.
