Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Support automation of recruitment processes (ATS optimization, interview scheduling, dashboards).
  • Assist in improving candidate experience through tech-enabled workflows.
  • Analyze hiring data and generate reports for TA leadership.


Talent Engagement

  • Help implement and manage employee engagement tools (surveys, feedback platforms).
  • Automate engagement tracking and reporting.
  • Support internal communication and digital HR initiatives.


Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assist in managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Support automation of training nominations, tracking, and completion reports.
  • Analyze learning data and effectiveness metrics.
