- Support automation of recruitment processes (ATS optimization, interview scheduling, dashboards).
- Assist in improving candidate experience through tech-enabled workflows.
- Analyze hiring data and generate reports for TA leadership.
Talent Engagement
- Help implement and manage employee engagement tools (surveys, feedback platforms).
- Automate engagement tracking and reporting.
- Support internal communication and digital HR initiatives.

- Assist in managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
