RESPONSIBILITIES
Final Pay processing : Review, validate, and process employee back‑pay requests in accordance with company policies, payroll guidelines, and government labor regulations. Ensure accuracy of computations, proper documentation, and timely coordination with payroll and finance teams.
Government Mandated Benefits : Manage the preparation, submission, and monitoring of government-mandated employee benefits. Support to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Annual Physical Exam : Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and tracking of employees’ annual physical examinations and mandatory drug testing. Maintain organized records, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and closely coordinate with accredited medical providers.
