Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Handle and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data and recruitment status.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and clients, and follow up for feedback.
Key Details:
- Initial 3 - month training period
- Compensation up to ₹15,000 + performance-based incentives
- Annual performance-based increments
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Working Days: 2nd Sat Off & 4th Sat Half Day
