What’s the Job?


As an HR Trainee , you’ll be the go-to support for our People & Culture team, helping to bring our workplace to life through great communication, meaningful connections, and well-run processes. From organizing team events to welcoming new hires, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience.


Your day-to-day


  • Get involved in internal communication: from writing updates to supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help organize team events, afterworks, and other fun activities that bring our people together.
  • Support daily HR operations like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Take care of admin tasks for employees and trainees – contracts, documents, and everything in between.
  • Manage the hotel’s online job presence and respond to candidate inquiries.
  • Build great relationships with hospitality schools to keep our talent pipeline flowing.
  • Assist with interviews, training sessions, and development programs.
  • Be ready to support the HR team in whatever comes up – every day is different!


What We Need From You


  • Enthusiastic person with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Tourism or related fields.
  • Great communication and team spirit.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • EU passport or valid work permit in Spain.
