Job Description

Provide consulting and manage global HR transformation engagements by understanding 'as-is' business processes, designing 'to-be' processes, analysing/capturing talent requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops, if necessary, performing fit-gap analysis, carrying out benchmarking studies, and resolving complex requirements
• Lead and manage a range of transformation and effectiveness HR programs in line with digital and process transformation/reengineering objectives across the organisation.
• Solution designing and developing customised HR solutions and creating/presenting collaterals to leadership teams (CXOs & Business Heads)
• Proactively lead the delivery and deployment of new HR Practices and global programs, and reviews/redefines existing ones
• Implement global talent projects across Talent Management, performance & rewards, policy design & harmonisation, Organisation Design and Structuring Workforce Planning, organisation change management, etc.
