Job Description

We're hiring a Transformation Manager to lead the setup of a new HR Shared Services function in KL. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll:

  • Drive the full transformation journey-from strategy to execution
  • Standardize HR processes (hire to retire, payroll, benefits, data management)
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance & vendors to align systems and tools
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR Shared Services team
  • Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global HR standards

The Successful Applicant

You're someone who thrives in building from scratch and influencing change. Ideally, you bring:

  • 8+ years in HR, with 3+ years in HR transformation and HR shared services setup
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
