Location: 90% Remote, Canada (Toronto preferred)

Rate: $70 to $75 CAD PH

Role Summary: We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will lead HR transformation efforts within a global People organization. Youll work directly with senior leadership to drive execution, ensure governance, and deliver operating model outcomes across multiple high-impact workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the transformation program portfolio across HR workstreams
• Build governance frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, milestones, and risk tracking
• Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leaders to drive alignment and decision-making
