Title - HR Transformation/migration Specialist

Location - Fully Remote

Workplace type - Fully Remote + HQ visits (2–3 days/week)

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the migration of payroll processes to Strada.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of Belgian payroll and leave rules.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, Strada, and Securex.
  • Manage:
  • Payroll data transfer to Strada.
  • Completion of required templates.
  • Implementation support and legal compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in HR transformation projects and payroll migrations. Experience STRADA is strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation
  • Fluent in French and English .
