Responsibilities

  1. Validates PRF from requesting department and submit to General Manager for final approval before posting.
  2. Post and source candidates from different job portals
  3. Conduct pre-qualifying interviews for managerial/supervisory positions.
  4. May conduct background checks as needed.
  5. Present a shortlist of candidates to the GM for final deliberation
  6. Tracks and monitors recruitment status monthly
  7. Conduct on-boarding orientation of the company
  8. Facilitates contract signing and introduction of new employees
  9. Checks and monitors the manpower status of the company
  10. Responsible for serving memos, suspension
  11. Facilitates settlement of Incident Reports
  12. Conduct employee counseling
  13. Monitor employees’ leave of absence and entitlement.
  14. Facilitate any other employee-related concern
